I was having a hard day but when I got to the microtel and Adam and the staff was amazing and worked with me on everything service great room super clean and the breakfast was ok but everything was fine for the two nights I stayed!!! Thanks Adam
My stay here was fantastic, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Tom, the manager. When I needed a little help, Tom made sure everything was smooth and easy. The care and attention from the staff here really made me feel at home. Highly recommend this place!
Adam at the front desk goes above and beyond his way to help guest. You never truly have to ask with him he offers before you even get a chance to ask. He pays attention to detail. He keeps a positive attitude. It comes to work and does his job. If you need anything towels, clean sheets, I wanna talk to Adam is your guy.
Adam was extremely accommodating and very welcoming. We appreciate the hospitality. The hotel is very clean and must be newly updated because everything looks brand new. Our suite smelled amazing and it was stocked with quality soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. As well as plenty towels. They also have quiet hours, so you can actually get some sleep at night. Thanks again Adam! We enjoyed our stay at Microtel!
Adam one of the desk clerks is so helpful if you need anything and so bubbly and fridley. BThe rooms here are good for being reasonably priced. The rooms do not lack of space and include TV, microwave, refrigerator and hair dryer. Also has a ironing board and iron if you need it. A light breakfast is included and the kids love the pool. It is family and pet friendly. If you need a place to rest and relax come over and try Microtel out.
The only problem was the shower. There is no barrier and the shower drained slow so the water just flowed into the bathroom sink/toilet area. Otherwise we had a great time. Nice beds and pillows. The family had a nice swim in the indoor pool.
Adaaaaaam is the best literally the only person that I would give props too he is very nice and respectful no attitude takes his time , literally very understanding and a very hard worker I am a full witness hehe treated me awesome the whole two weeks I have been here and I just wanna thank him and pray that he gets a raise immediately he is the very best hands down good luck Adam .!
From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. You can tell that the staff (Adam) cares From the moment I entered, I felt the warm, welcoming energy. He greeted us with smiles and was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, the bed was quite comfortable location was convenient for everything I needed. The overall experience was excellent, and I’d happily return!
